If your order is unpaid, you can cancel it and place a new order.

The product’s color, delivery address, promotional code, or other details cannot be modified after an order has been submitted and paid for.

If your order is ready to be shipped, you can simply cancel it and place a new one. All amounts will be refunded with no additional fee.

Once an order has left the warehouse, it can no longer be canceled. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you can request a return and place a new order. ( If you request a return after the item has been shipped, you are responsible for the additional shipping fee, wear and tear fee, etc. )

If your order is unpaid, you can cancel it.

If you do not wish to receive emails from DXRacer regarding the latest news and discounts, please visit your account settings page and turn it off.

Under normal circumstances, the current shipping times for in-stock products are two to five business days, depending on your location. Pre-ordered products may take between one and two months to arrive. We will seek to deliver your order as soon as possible, but we cannot be held responsible for delivery delays due to conditions beyond our control such as COVID-19, adverse weather conditions, etc.

Currently, we do not offer exchanges for our products. You can simply return your chair and repurchase it. Do note that there will be an additional return fee. (Refer to our Return Policy for more information)

Watching the assembly video or guide is a must before assembling your DXRacer gaming chair, as it will provide you with important safety information and assembly instructions. The majority of customers require approximately 20 minutes to assemble their chairs.

The DXRacer gaming chairs come in three sizes (Regular/L, Plus/XL and Super Plus/XXL) to allow you to find the perfect fit for your body. If you're in between sizes, go up a size for more space.

The minimum order quantity is more than 10 gaming chairs, with no upper limit.

You can provide your design (3D images in FBX format) within our customization range to meet your needs. Alternatively, we can design the gaming chair for you for free until you are satisfied.

Customization is only available for the Drifting and Craft Series. Non-Customization Options: Customization options are not available for the headrest, EPU leatherette type, and DXRacer logo on our Drifting and Craft Series gaming chairs. Customization Options: Colors of EPU Leatherette, UV printing design, embroidery patterns, colors of stitching lines and your logo.

If you need samples, we can provide either an embroidered leatherette sample or a gaming chair sample. (Since this is a custom item, the sample cost will be calculated separately.)

The manufacturing time depends on the specific quantity and the complexity of the embroidery design. Generally, it is within 30 days.

You can choose to settle with DXRacer EU or China, or with our overseas distributors. The payment cycle is within 30 days.
